 Summary:

As Dalton rides the cable car to the castle with his men, Vivi, Zoro, and Usopp reminisce about the many injustices Wapol has committed in the past. Upstairs, Luffy and Wapol are fighting each other. Luffy explains what it means to be a true pirate. Furthermore, he doesn't care about being an enemy of the World Government and sends Wapolo, who has decided to flee rather than risk his life, to fly away with his Gomu Gomu no Bazooka.

The villagers have revealed a way to get to the castle from Dr. Kureha's old house. They are aboard the streetcar with an injured Dalton. He remembers standing up to the king and saying how useless he is because he doesn't care about the people. She calls the king a fool, which drives him mad. The King beats Dalton severely to the point of death.

Meanwhile, a fight rages between Luffy and Wapol, and Wapol threatens the wrath of the world government if anything happens to him. Luffy replies that he doesn't care and grabs Wapols face ready to attack. Wapol tries to eat his hand, but Luffy just reaches out. Wapol then spits out a cannon and fires at Luffy while Dalton thinks about the government. Luffy then appears unharmed from the cannon, still holding on to Wapolo.

He switches back to Dalton. He tells the villagers to surrender the castle. He has dynamite and plans to blow it up. Luffy grabs Wapol and spins him around with his arms. He then kicks him while Wapol is still spinning and flies through the roof. He lands back on the roof and sees the Choppers pirate flag. He reaches out to take it off, but Luffy tells him he has no right to touch the sacred pirate flag. Luffy then punches him and sends him out of sight.

All the villagers see that Wapol has been beaten and they start to rejoice. Chopper's faith in pirates grows when he sees that the Straw Hat Pirates are good people.
