Summary:
Two marines are fighting at Mary Geois. One says that he has no control over himself and that his hands move on their own. Vice Admiral Tsuru tells Warrior Doflamingo to stop. After being asked to stop his antics, Doflamingo goes further by having the two marines draw their swords ready to kill each other.
At that moment, Sengoku enters the room and asks Doflamingo if he is here to fight. Doflamingo mocks him, Bartholomew Kuma backs Doflamingo up by stating that they now have a target. Surprised that 2 of the 6 remaining Seven Sea Warriors have come, he begins the meeting. Doflamingo and Sengoku exchange comments about the success of the piracy. Just then, Mihawk comes in and comments on the behavior of the marines and other warlords that he heard from outside the room. Doflamingo states that Mihawk was the least expected person to show up, and Mihawk replies that he’s only a bystander since the meeting is about the pirates he’s interested in.
At that moment they are interrupted by another person, a silhouette of a man can be seen, who also greets himself as an observer, but saying that he wants to attend the meeting. He is identified by Vice Admiral Tsuru as Laffitte, a police officer who was notorious for his violent ways and was banished from West Blue. He states that he wishes to propose his captain’s name for nomination to the Seven Warriors of the Sea.
Somewhere in the Grand Line, aboard a ship belonging to Whitebeard, a guest arrives. Rockstar greets himself as a newcomer, but asks a member of the Whitebeard Pirates if he’s ever heard of a pirate Rockstar, to which he receives a “no”. Whitebeard tears up a letter for him from Shanks, the Rockstar’s captain. Whitebeard is angry Shanks sent him a letter and told Rockstar that his captain must come in person and bring lots of good rum.
Elsewhere, Shanks talks about Den Den Mushi with Rockstar. Shanks laughs at how the old man hasn’t changed one bit. He denies Rockstar a chance to redeem his honor against Whitebeard’s crew and is ordered back. Benn Beckman asks his captain if they should go to Whitebeard or not. Shanks replies, the crew should prepare for battle.
At a meeting of the Marines and the Seven Sea Warriors, Laffitte submits the name “Teach”. He is told that since he is an unknown pirate, he has no value to them. But Laffitte claims that they are working on it and remember the name Blackbeard Pirates.
In Mock Town, Blackbeard and his gang are moving. Sarquiss knocks Teach and roughly scolds him for it, to which Teach responds by slamming his head into the ground. They state that they have been waiting for someone worth Beli100,000,000 to pursue them for some time.
