 Summary:

Nami is suffering from a high fever. The Straw Hats are getting worried as they don’t have a doctor on board besides Nami.
When Vivi looks through the newspaper, she discovers that the kingdom of Arabasta is on the brink of civil war and it won’t last much longer. Nami then stands up and pretends to be fine. On board, he senses a change in the atmosphere and orders the ship to change course to avoid the storm.
Meanwhile, Vivi has made a decision: in order to get to Arabasta as soon as possible, they need to find a doctor to cure Nami, because traveling with a healthy navigator is the fastest way. A giant cyclone suddenly appears on the path they would have taken had it not been for Nami’s instinct.
A day later they enter the winter area, suddenly Zoro sees something strange in the sea.
Long summary
Sanji continues to worry about Nami’s health, while Vivi believes she has come down with climate sickness. Vivi then asks if there is anyone on board with medical knowledge and the crew points to Nami. Luffy suggests that some meat might make her better, but Sanji tells him that while nourishing food would do her good, it won’t cure her of her illness. Sanji then explains that he put more work into preparing Nami’s food than any of the men, which Luffy doesn’t mind because the meals are still delicious.
Vivi comments that Nami’s fever has risen to 40 degrees Celsius (104 Fahrenheit) again. Usopp suggests they find a doctor for her in Arabasta. Vivi points out that it will take another week to get there. Luffy asks what it’s like to be sick, to which none of the crew know the answer since they’ve never been sick before. Vivi is shocked by this and lets them know that a 40 degree fever is very painful and that Nami can die. Everyone is shocked and immediately start panicking and running around the room.
Nami then wakes up and tells Vivi about the newspaper. Vivi reads about the ongoing situation in Arabasta and how things don’t look good. Nami then tells the crew that she is fine and goes to navigate the ship, which was neglected because Zoro was in charge of navigating. He tells him that he cannot navigate by the cloud and urges them to head left, south.
Luffy then checks Nami’s temperature with his hand and is burned, but Nami once again dismisses his fears. Vivi then requests that the ship get to Arabasta as quickly as possible – and that the fastest way possible is to get Nami medical treatment first.
A cyclone then suddenly forms right in the path they avoided with Nami’s instincts. Vivi is amazed at her ability to sense the weather.
A day later, Zoro sees a man walking on water.
