Summary:
Tama is brought before Holed’, who decides to find out about her Devil Fruit abilities by forcibly extracting food from her body. Meanwhile, Mouseman tells Urashima to use his high position to give Kiku no choice but to become his wife, and Urashima dominates the opponents in a sumo match when Kiku, Luffy, and Zoro arrive in Bakura City. Urashima tries to bring Kiku in front of him, but Kiku responds by cutting his knot.
During a sumo wrestling tournament in Bakura City, Urashima expresses his desire to make Kiku his wife since he abandoned her in Okobore City due to fear of Zoro’s aura. She says that with his wealth and position she can’t refuse, and Gifter Mouseman says that Urashima might go so far as to force the meek Kiku to marry him, as he has free reign to take everything she holds dear. Mouseman says that Urashima needs to set an example by using his high social class to get what he wants, which pleases the yokozuna. Urashima then knocks his food off the table and says that he wants the owners’ raccoon dog cooked for him, even though it has been their pet for many years.
Elsewhere in the city, an exhausted Gazelleman brings Tamu to Holed’em’s mansion. Holed’em, the SMILE lion user, tells Gazelleman to leave before getting mad at the lion head on his waist for looking at him and punching him. The lion retaliates by striking Holed’em in the groin, but the attack hurts them both as they share the same body. Holed’em’s subordinates question what they should do with Tama, and Holed’em asks her how she was able to tame Hihimaru. Since Hitetsu instructed her not to use her powers in front of others, Tama lies that she did it normally, but Holed’em heard that she ripped something off her face. He instructs one of his subordinates to bring a pair of pliers so he can try to pull it off Tama’s face by force, and Tama freaks out as she silently pleads with Luffy to save her.
Meanwhile, Luffy, Zoro, Kiku, and Komachiyo arrive at the main gate of Bakura City. Luffy tries to call out to Tama, but Kiku silences him as they are all in league with Tama’s kidnappers. The people around the gate don’t recognize the group and quickly become enemies, but Luffy knocks them out with Haoshoku Haki. He and Zoro look around the town, and Kiku says that after Orochi and his underlings took over 20 years or so ago, many of its former residents were driven out, leaving only essential traders. Suddenly, Luffy catches a sumo wrestler that was sent to him and is surprised that someone could send a sumo wrestler flying that far. They arrive at a sumo tournament where Urashima dominates everyone he faces. The organizers offer a hefty reward to the one who defeats him, but no one can do it, no matter how many times they come at him at once. Urashima then notices Kiku and asks if she has come to be his bride. The audience is shocked by his fantasy for a lowly citizen, and an irritated Kiku hides behind Zoro, remembering that Urashima talked about the sumo tournament when he was in Okobore town. Urashima tells his men to escort Kiku to him, and Luffy tries to tell everyone about his search for Tama, but no one listens as he kidnaps Kiku. The audience mocks Kiku for being low-class, but Urashima shuts them up, reminding them that they are all vulgar and low-class compared to him. He tells Kiku to be his wife, but Kiku says that the only vulgar thing is his heart and cuts off his top, which excites Luffy.
