Summary:
The cooks of Baratia are at war with the Don Krieg pirates. Both claim to be stronger. Sanji battles one of Don Krieg’s men who claims to be invincible, Pearl.
Don Krieg’s pirates attack Baratia’s cook. Both claim to be stronger because each has faced separate but challenging dangers. Having safely left their tank, Patty and Carne defeat many of the Krieg pirates and encourage their associates. They remind them that they are not just fighting for the Baratians, but for their freedom to cook and fight where most ordinary restaurants shunned them.
However, the self-proclaimed Invincible Pearl appears behind the two chefs. He claims to be the most powerful and proves it by defeating the chef duo with one punch while wearing pearl and steel armor. When Sanji sees that some of Krieg’s pirates have taken the opportunity to steal Carne’s knives, he kicks all the pirates away and keeps the knife for his chef friend.
As this Pearl continues his arrogant taunts and claims that he has never bled once in his battles, Sanji attacks him. At the same time, Don Krieg treacherously attacks Luffy, who was enjoying Sanji’s show. Luffy is sent flying in the process, but accidentally lands on Pearl’s head, knocking her into his armor. Pearl lifts her head to reveal a drop of blood coming from his nose when he first bled in battle.
