 Summary:

Luffy, Usopp, Zoro and Nami are invited to the V.I.P. room from the Crocodile. Pursued by Smoker, they end up in a cell. Smoker reveals to them that the cell they are locked in is made of Seastone, a material that has the power to drain Devil Fruit powers like the sea. A sarcastic Crocodile then appears, mocking their helplessness. However, he is waiting for Vivi and sent Miss all Sunday to get her back.
Vivi is struggling against Baroque Works Millions. Pell, sent by her father to explore the city, but arrives to rescue her. Just when Vivi thinks she is finally safe, Miss All Sunday shows up.
Luffy noisily enters the casino and demands that Crocodile show himself, disturbing many of the people inside. The smoker then also runs into the casino. While Luffy handles security, the Straw Hats are then escorted to the V.I.P room, but this turns out to be a ruse as they fall into a trap. The imprisoned members of the Straw Hats then begin fighting alongside Smoker, who explains that the prison is made of seastone, an object that is essentially a solid form of the sea that inhibits the Devil Fruit’s power. The crocodile then appears to the prisoners and says that he is waiting for Vivi and has sent all of Sunday for the missus to pick her up. Meanwhile, Vivi battles several members of the Baroque Works. When Pell arrives and defeats the members of the Baroque Cannons, he is confronted by Miss All Sunday.
