Summary:
Itomimizu comments on how strong Luffy is as he has repeatedly managed to get up over and over again. The Straw Hats encourage Luffy and tell him not to give up. However, Foxy is not impressed with Luffy and questions why Luffy didn't just stay down.
Itomimizu tells everyone about Luffy's conditions while Luffy keeps getting up, for the sake of his friends. He yells at everyone and says that this is the true spirit of the Davy Back Fight. Itomimizu starts to cry and he couldn't see anything because he was touched by Luffy's actions. Everyone except Foxy and his crew yells at Luffy. Foxy's crew cheers for Luffy.
Itomimizu mentions that Luffy was the first and only man to survive against Foxy to this extent. When Foxy finds his crew cheering for Luffy, he berates them and tells them to cheer for him instead. The crew follows his orders and cheers him on. He tells Luffy to be careful because his battle will be over.
After finishing his message, Foxy fires a Noro Noro Beam Sword at Luffy. Luffy tries to escape but is caught in a beam. Foxy mentioned that in Luffy's condition, it is impossible to run away from him and his beams. Foxy then prepares for her finishing attack.
For the finishing attack, Foxy first slows down the cannonball with Noro Noro Beam. Next, he rides the Foxy Fighter and tells Luffy that by using the speed of the cannonball, the Fighter will defeat Luffy for good. Foxy soon shows off his ultimate attack and prepares to attack and destroy the target.
Sanji tells Luffy to get up before the glider and run as fast as he can when he's free. As Foxy attacks Luffy, Luffy manages to break free of the beam's effects first. However, Foxy says it's pointless and Luffy won't get away with it.
Luffy fails to escape in time and Foxy successfully hits Luffy. Usopp and Chopper warn Luffy of the impending danger from the Foxy Fighter. However, Luffy couldn't move. Foxy tells Luffy that this is his parting gift to Luffy and has Fighter run into Luffy. This means the game is over.
The Straw Hats are shocked that Luffy is defeated and would not survive the attack. However, Luffy manages to come. Foxy's crew is shocked that Luffy is still getting up and that some say he isn't even human. Luffy tells Foxy that he will be the winner. However, Foxy says that's nonsense because Luffy couldn't even fight back. He also says that if Luffy wants to die that much, he will beat Luffy until Luffy falls. Foxy continues using Megaton Nine Tail on Luffy. Luffy attacks back with the Gomu Gomu Gatling Gun on Foxy.
Itomimizu mentions that the fight is still so fierce this late in the game and the fighters have gone into a violent rage. Usopp and Chopper tell Luffy to beat Foxy for good, and Itomimizu says the game won't stop anytime soon.
In the middle of the fight, when both sides are tired, Foxy tries to use Noro Noro Beam on Luffy. Suddenly they both don't move. Itomimizu says that Luffy is down, but is shocked that he is still moving. Foxy is confused by the situation and asks what happened. Luffy is revealed to be holding a piece of mirror in his hand. Luffy tells Foxy that it got stuck on his afro while he was in Foxy's room.
Foxy is shocked by this fact and Luffy prepares to finish Foxy off by using the Gomu Gomu Flail on Foxy. Foxy is hit by the attack. Unable to move within ten seconds, he ended up losing the contest and Luffy sent him flying back.
