Summary:
The chapter opens with Luffy asking Bluen if Robin is behind him in the courthouse and telling him to get out of his way. Blueno tells him that none of them noticed that what they were doing was a crime on a global scale. Paulie and the straw pirates are still making their way through the guards on their way to Luffy. Chopper tells the story of how Sodom and Gomorrah became part of the Franky Family. They were rescued from the sea king’s stomach. Franky Family told them, “Since we are full now, we will not eat you.” And the two royal bulls have been loyal to the Frank family ever since. Chopper translates for Sodom, who asks if it was okay that Sogeking didn’t travel with them. The rest of the crew then noticed that Sogeking was never on board. Someone thought he ran away.
Back at the entrance to the main island, Galley-La is still fighting the dog unit. Peepley Lulu and Tilestone seem to have no problem holding them back. Paulie recalls asking Luffy if he could beat CP9, to which Luffy said he could. He also remembers Lucci and Nami and says they can beat them. The soldier yells for him to stop and Paulie yells at them to just try and catches many of them with his shrouds and rat knot.
The scene switches back to Luffy and Bluen, with Luffy asking Bluen what he’s talking about. Blueno explains that the World Government consists of over one hundred and seventy countries, and when Luffy broke into Enies Lobby, he rebelled against all of these countries. The government uses its power to capture Luffy and his crew and let them suffer a cruel death. He calls the amount of people Luffy brought with him pathetic. Luffy tells him to get out of the way again. Blueno says their fate is sealed whether he moves or not. A fight wouldn’t help either, as Luffy couldn’t keep up with their Rokushiki technique as seen when they stormed Iceburg’s mansion. Luffy agreed, but said that somehow he wouldn’t lose this time.
Luffy fires Gomu Gomu no Rifle and Blueno uses Tekkai, but Luffy’s punch cuts through Blueno’s Tekkai. Blueno is amazed at Luffy’s increase in power since their fight at the mansion. Luffy uses Gomu Gomu no Gatling and Blueno uses Sora. He dodges Luffy’s initial attack, but Luffy was able to redirect his punch, connecting with Bluen’s chin and sending him into a nearby pillar. Luffy tells him that the government can do whatever they want, they just want to get Robin back.
Back to the other Straw Hats, still attacking the royal bulls. The Straw Hats argue about how they can’t come back for Sogeking when he never went with them. Zoro says that they don’t have anyone in their group that dies that easily. As they approach the courthouse, Sodom is seen through the crosshairs and shot almost immediately after, but not before he feels it. Chopper realizes that Sodom must be treated immediately. The Straw Hats were told by Zambai to jump from Sodom to Gomorrah, saying that the mortar had hit his heart and was finished. Sodom told them to go. The chapter ends with everyone riding ahead to Gomorrah.
