Summary:
The marines notice Trafalgar Law and tag him as Luffy's accomplice. Law urges Buggy to get Luffy and Jinbe aboard his submarine, Buggy asks again who he is. The Marines immediately begin attacking Law's ship, while orders are given on the ground to split up the Marine forces and attack the Blackbeard Pirates and Whitebeard Pirates, more Marines begin to emerge from the trap doors that lead to the underground passages. Blackbeard laughs and shakes Marineford and the ocean around it, causing massive waves to flow around, with Jesus Burgess warning Blackbeard that he will lose ground if he continues, while Blackbeard ignores this and threatens Garp and Sengoku to "close ". book' on them like he did with Whitebeard.
Meanwhile, in the Sabaody Archipelago, an evacuation was announced to the northern side of the archipelago to avoid a tsunami. In the middle of the war, Koby is crying and Helmeppo asks him why he is sad. Koby simply replies that the "voice" in his head has disappeared. He notices how the Marines continue to attack, even after they have accomplished their original goal of executing Ace. As he thinks about this, there is a wounded marine nearby, another marine goes to his side to help him, but the Doberman turns him down, saying that they don't have time to treat the wounded, much to the shock of Tashigi and Smoker. Doberman orders the marines to defeat every last pirate, Akainu once again declares that they cannot allow "the evil known as pirates" to exist. Blackbeard can be seen still laughing and claiming that he will destroy everything.
Elsewhere, while Buggy is flying through the air, he notices a flash of light as Kizaru fires another laser beam in his direction. Fearing for his life, Buggy throws Jinbe and Luffy aboard Law's submarine. Bepo orders Jean Bart to grab them. Kizaru comments to Law about running away from him during the Sabaody Archipelago incident and is about to attack him until a scream is heard. The yelling is revealed to be from Koby yelling for everyone to stop fighting as the marines have families waiting for them and lives are being wasted. He shouts about how the marines have already achieved their objective, how they are chasing the pirates who don't want to fight and want war, and how they are leaving the wounded marines until they can be treated, and ends his speech by saying how every marine that falls to this point is stupid. Akainu simply tells Koby that the seconds were wasted and that the Marines don't need someone like that, and is about to kill him.
Before Akainu could hit Koby, out of nowhere Shanks steps in and blocks Akainu's magma fist with his sword. He tells Koby that his few seconds of courage, for which he was willing to throw his life away, changed the fate of the world. Law takes this opportunity to hurry up and escape. Kizaru is about to attack again, but is stopped by Benn Beckman, who threatens to shoot Kizaru if he "moves a muscle". Picking up his straw hat that Luffy dropped, Shanks says that he has come to end the war.
