The scene then switches to the Sabaody Archipelago, where the locals discuss the events that happened there two years ago, including the names of the supernovas that were making a name for themselves in the New World; the main topic was the reappearance of the Straw Pirates who disappeared two years ago and their return to the archipelago, distributing flyers trying to recruit new members with the intention of strengthening their crew and embarking on the New World.
Meanwhile, after two years as a music superstar with three men from the Longarm Tribe as his managers, Brook plans to hold his final concert tour in Sabaody, saying it will be his "best concert ever".
While Sanji appears on the beach (with his hair swept to the opposite side and a goatee on his head) and is excited to see real women on the shore, after two years of training he quickly says goodbye to Okamas and runs off to find Nami and Robin first. At a certain bar, a woman with long hair in a bikini top and skinny pants talks to the bartender about the Marines moving their headquarters. He witnesses the fake Straw Hat Luffy and his friends shoot and fend off a pirate with a bounty of 55,000,000 Beli; fake Luffy then orders another beer and wants the long haired woman to join him as well. All the locals at the bar assume she wouldn't refuse, knowing the pirate had a reputation, but they were all surprised when she turned him down not once, but twice. As the fake Nami walked up and tried to get the woman to do as they say, a stranger who suddenly appeared and sat down next to the woman released plant monsters that grabbed the fake Nami, causing an uproar with the Fake Straw Hats with plant tendrils that are surrounded .
A man smilingly asks a woman if she would like to drink with him. She smiled in return and hugged him tightly declaring that he had become manly, revealing herself as Nami and the man as Usopp (who looks more muted than his slim frame two years ago) stormed out of the bar as a storm cloud appeared that hit stream of pirates in the bar. Nami said that she had also improved and gained some new technology. Fake Luffy berates them and orders his crew to find and kill those responsible for going against him.
At Shakky's Bar in Grove 13, Shakky and Rayleigh were present and Sanji revealed to him that Zoro had arrived first followed by Franky and that they were both on the Thousand Sunny. Nami arrived third but went shopping due to boredom, Usopp and Chopper were fourth and fifth, Brook was sixth, arriving just before Sanji and finally Sanji himself. Sanji is excited by the news and wonders how much Nami has changed, while Rayleigh comments that the crew's independent arrival on the island is an incredible feat. Back in town, Robin evades some suspicious men who are under orders to capture her at all costs. She now wears a long sari-like skirt with a zip-up shirt and sunglasses, similar to the local women. Robin reads some fake straw hat recruitment flyers and Brook's concert poster and wonders what's going on.
Meanwhile, Chopper followed the fake Zoro, Sanji, and Robin, who recognized him from his wanted poster and decided to bring him back to their crew. Suspicious men chasing Robin mistook the fake for the real one and captured her with Chopper, who believed the fake to be the real Robin and claimed the men were kidnappers. At Marine Branch G-1 (formerly the old Marine Corps Headquarters) Marineford, everyone was in chaos after hearing about the reappearance of the Straw Pirates in the Sabaody Archipelago. They intend to summon a force to come capture them. The scene switches back to Sabaoda where the fake Luffy shoots the couple he mistook for Usopp and Nami. The locals are too scared to go against them as they tend to shoot anyone who gets in their way. Soon the fake Luffy is bumped into by a thin man under an animal skin carrying a large bag, but he simply apologizes before leaving. An angry fake Luffy yelled at the man who turned around to reveal himself to be none other than the real Luffy.
