Summary:
Luffy returns to the Mirror World to face Katakuri once again. Katakuri is curious about this and asks why Luffy came back. He wonders if Luffy came to die instead of being ashamed of running away, or if he recognized the difference in power and wanted to ask to join the Big Mom Pirates. Luffy responds with several blows to him and declares that he has come back to defeat him. Katakuri dodges the punches, saying that wasn’t one of the options offered.
Out at sea, Big Mom’s Pirates start chasing the Thousand Sunny by launching their cannonball buddies, but are tricked by Nami and veer off course. One of the commanders, Charlotte Bavarois, curses that the cannonballs were useless. One of his crew notes that Big Mom may not have much control over her friends when she’s not well, but mentions that they’ve effectively surrounded the straw pirates. Daifuku’s fleet appears in front of the Thousand Sunny, while Smoothie and her fleet join Big Mom’s fleet from behind. Perospero gives Daifuku permission to sink the ship while he and Big Mom head to Cacao Island. Perospero notes that Big Mom has lost a lot of weight from wearing straw hats for so long. Daifuku orders the ship’s cannons to aim and fire when ready, and after seeing what happened when the homie cannonballs were used, demands that the crew only use faceless cannonballs.
Aboard the Sunny, Brook decides that the only thing they can do is walk through the fleet ahead of them and draw his sword. Jinbe notes that Daifuku is the one aboard the ship right in front of them and reminds them that he has a genie. Chopper pulls out the Rumble Ball and wants Jinbe to approach one of the ships so he can go wild on them, but Carrot volunteers instead. As the full moon rises, Carrot transforms into Sulonga, surprising both the Straw Hats and the Big Mom Pirates. Nami remembers Zou when Inuarashi told them that they would show the true strength of the Nork tribe in the next fight. A member of Daifuku’s ship realizes the threat Carrot now poses, with Daifuku remembering that Pedro was a Zou mink and wondering if Carrot is also from Zou.
Carrot throws himself from the top of the Sunny, and as he is about to hit the water, he reverses course in mid-air and quickly approaches Daifuku’s ship. The Daifuku crew open fire on her, but she dodges the shots and proceeds to quickly take down numerous Big Mom Pirates. When Nami asks Chopper what’s going on, he can only stare in amazement. Daifuku laughs at Carrot’s intention to fight them all by herself and tells her to give up, but stops talking when Carrot destroys the rudder of his ship.
