Summary:
A week has passed since the end of the recent Levely and the participating royal families are returning to their homes. Morgans and his editorial team organized the stories for the next edition of the World Economy News Paper despite a government crackdown to change the headlines. This news will leave the world in awe, the Shichibukai system has been abolished and the story of Saba. As a result, the first Marines chase the recently expelled members aside. En route to Amazon Lily, Koby is informed by X Drake about Kaidou and Big Mom’s alliance and CP0’s presence in Wano.
The Neptune Family returns to the Ryugu Palace after participating in the Levels. Shirahoshi thanked Garp for helping their family during the event. Neptune invites Garp to rest at the palace, and Garp says he’ll just drink tea and leave in a moment. He recalls how turbulent Levely can be, with some kings arguing over various issues that can become explosive, leading to physical injury. Neptune agrees, it’s a long tradition to comment. Garp then carefully says how he classifies Levels as peaceful or not by people not killing each other, and how the recent one was seemingly different from the others. He asks the royal family not to fear the people because of the incident that happened to the family of Nefertari of Arabasta.
The remaining royals return to their home countries a week after the hot Levely. Meanwhile, several days before, Morgans and the editorial team of the World Economy News Paper prepare articles to appear in their next issue. He seems to be divided about the “obituary” news or the Levely results being put on the main page. Attach gives him a check from the World Government, but he replies that the messages will not be replaced. At this point, Attach proves to be a facade, revealing himself to be a Cipher Pol agent who threatens Morgans. However, Morgans quickly defeats the agent and refuses to back down from any threats due to his pride as a journalist. After the incident, Morgans moves his company’s headquarters to a new secure location, receiving word that Wapol has information for him.
The recent news leaves the world in awe. In addition to the World Government’s failure to cover some of the events of Levela in the headlines, it was revealed that the Shichibukai system had been abolished, much to the delight of the civilians and to the dismay of some. This was suggested by the kings Riku Doldo III and Nefertari Cobra, who suffered under their rule. On Momoiro Island, the revolutionary army riots over news of something that seems to have happened to Saba. Ivankov is furiously yelling that he refuses to believe it, Koala is on the verge of tears and even Dragon is visibly shaken, not helped by the fact that they are currently unable to contact Sabo. On the way back to Dawn Island, Sterry is also shocked by the fact that Sabo was in Mary Geoise. Finally, in the kingdom of Goa itself, Makino is seen grieving, while on Mount Colubo, the Dadan family breaks down in tears after reading the news, claiming it to be fake.
On an unrelated note, Doflamingo is seemingly pleased with the news and states that things are about to get interesting. At the same time, Blackbeard orders his crew to set sail, saying they are going to launch something before the marines do.
A few days later, in the present, X Drake contacts Koby via Den Den Mushi. Drake tells Koby that the status quo in the land of Wano may not last long as Kaidou and Big Mom have formed an alliance, much to Koby’s surprise. He also says that there are no reports of a Luffy-led prison break in Udon. Finally, he says that there is a CP0 presence in the Flower Capital. He asks Koby about his location, in which he replies that he is going to Amazon Lily to catch Boa Hancock.
Koby is not alone in his task of arresting the loose members of the group. Vice Admiral Stainless’s fleet faces Buggy’s Delivery. A fleet of naval ships also arrive at Kuraigana Island to arrest Dracula Mihawk. On an island in the New World, Edward Weevil is surrounded by marines. Finally, the Kuja Pirates prepare for their confrontation.
