 Summary:

Killer and Hawkins continue their fight. The slayer finds himself harming Hawkins despite his devil fruit powers and emerges victorious in the battle.
Killer continues his battle against Hawkins, but the battle is not in his favor. Due to his Devil Fruit abilities, Hawkins is completely immune to Killer’s attacks, with the damage dealt being redirected to Kid.
Killer’s underlings come to his aid, but Killer refuses to attack Hawkins. So Hawkins decides to hurt the Kid himself by repeatedly banging his head against the wall. The damage is redirected to Kid’s head, which is especially disadvantageous for Kid due to his battle with Big Mom. When Killer declares that the Kid will become the Pirate King, Hawkins is angered, causing him to beat Killer mercilessly.
With a single attack, Killer cuts off Hawkins’ left arm. Since Kid had previously lost his left arm, the attack did not completely injure him. Instead, Hawkins loses his own arm. Killer pulls a straw doll from Hawkins’ severed arm and destroys it, undoing the damage done to the Kid’s body. Hawkins no longer has any people to redirect damage to and is now completely vulnerable to attacks.
In a last ditch effort, Hawkins pulls out a tarot card. He reveals the “Death” card face up and summons a Giant Straw Monster. Killer decapitates the monster with a Zanshu Claw move and destroys it instantly. Hawkins draws his second card only to discover to his dismay that he has drawn a “Rook” card. With this, Killer slashed Hawkins with Gin Sonic, defeating him and causing him to collapse.
The “Tower” card is assigned two meanings: the death of the old and the new path.
